A greater Corespawn variant. The Vanguard eagerly advances towards its victim until it perceives an incoming threat, after which they promptly hunker down behind their tough armor. Although seemingly skittish, Vanguards rarely stand down for long and are quick to resume rapid pursuit once they deem that the coast is clear.
